Over the past month, Kim and Marie have organised a collection for The Dawn Centre, a temporary shelter for the homeless located in Leicester. Offering more than just accommodation, residents are given three meals a day, assistance on housing and life skills. The centre also has drop-ins to share meals with those less fortunate throughout the festive period.

“A very big thank you to everyone who contributed so many items of food, clothing, basic essentials and money for the Dawn centre! We received more than we could have imagined in such a short space of time. Gary, the manager of the centre and his staff were extremely grateful and passed on a big thank you as this time of year they do rely on donations to see them through the winter months.”
