With a brilliant ability to adapt to new systems and a keen eye for detail, Jake ensures the highest quality is delivered throughout the business. In the middle of 2014, Jake progressed from a supporting position to take a more active role in the running and future planning of Compello by becoming the Financial Controller. Having an excellent appetite for growth, Jake progressed to Operations Director and has continuously expanded his team to fulfil the growing needs of the business.
