Experienced within the industry, Glyn Faulkner has recently joined Compello as Business Development Manager.

After a very successful 2015, the decision was made to hire a business development team, and Faulkner’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Compello. 2016 has also started tremendously for the vehicle rental consultancy company; with new systems being implemented and new clients being won. This year should continue to bring success as they begin to build an experienced UK sales team.

Glyn is no stranger to the vehicle rental industry; his 11 years’ experience in the sector has seen him work with the likes of Northgate, Avis, Nexus, and Transflex. Speaking about his new appointment, Glyn said: “This is an exciting time to join Compello; the business is in a period of growth, and moving to the next level which is fantastic. I’m looking forward to using my knowledge of the industry to help Compello achieve their growth potential, but also to working more in depth with customers regarding accident and fleet management rental solutions”.

This growth has been supported by Compello’s Client Services Department, where several new appointments have also been made. With over 12 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, Shaheen Golamy joined Compello on a temporary basis in January, but has recently been transferred to become a permanent member of the Reservations Team. Ali Gaffer has also been employed as a Reservations Agent after gaining similar experience in large organisations. Compello have also recruited a new Billing Agent; Dawn Robinson brings extensive accounts and administration experience to the team.
